It depends on the assigned vehicle: the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and our minibuses have luggage space. Share passengers and bags in the form and we will match the right capacity.
Yes. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the service. Between 24 and 6 hours before, a 50% fee applies; with less than 6 hours’ notice or a no-show, 100%. Schedule changes are handled with your concierge on WhatsApp.
We coordinate guest arrival and departure times with the organizer; for multi-leg operations we assign an on-site logistics coordinator.
