In compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and its regulations, ROADRUNNER VANS S.A.S. sets out the policy that applies to the personal data collected through this website, WhatsApp, email and other service channels. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, flight number, dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers and bags, and any special requests the data subject chooses to share.

3. Purposes

Data is processed solely to:

  • Quote, coordinate and deliver the requested transfer.
  • Track the flight provided in order to schedule the pickup.
  • Contact the data subject about their booking via WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • Issue electronic invoices in accordance with DIAN regulations.

We do not store credit card data: payments are processed through secure third-party links.

4. Your rights

  • Access, update and correct your personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Be informed about how your data has been used.
  • File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
  • Revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
  • Access your personal data free of charge.

5. Inquiries and claims

You can exercise your rights by writing to roadrunnervanscol@gmail.com. Inquiries are answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days and claims within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012.
