It depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers. Share passengers and bags in the form and we will assign the right vehicle (Renault Duster, Mercedes-Benz Vito or Volkswagen Transporter).
Yes. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the service. Between 24 and 6 hours before, a 50% fee applies; with less than 6 hours’ notice or a no-show, 100%. Schedule changes are handled with your concierge on WhatsApp.
We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights, counted from actual landing. Since we track your flight, delays never cost extra.
